In Pre-K, your
child will learn the final skills to be prepared for Kindergarten. These
skills include letter-sound relationships, and how to sound out
unfamiliar words. While reading stories, children will be encouraged to
use critical thinking skills to make predictions of the stories outcome.
Your child will learn to write uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers,
and their name. Teachers will encourage your child to experiment with
sounds and tempo through singing, dancing, and making their own musical
instruments. Your child will learn about healthy eating habits through
baking and creating recipes for nutritional snacks. |
